<p>Welcome to Sillylittlecars.com</p>
<p>My 1987 Truckster takes a Murray Ultra 6040. I bought it from O Riley Auto Parts and it looks very much like the original, which needed replacing because the gaskets were broken and missing. You will need to defeat the pressure/vacuum vent inside the cap (remove spring). My original cap did not have this and the new cap caused fuel supply problems until I removed the spring. These older Cushman vehicles do not have fuel systems that use this.</p>
<p>You should also join our Email List (above). Through it we share much more information than gets posted here. It&#8217;s set up so that when anyone posts an email, everyone on the list gets a copy.
