This is a vintage 1953 Cushman Motor Vehicle/Golf Cart.  Cushman motor cars were deluxe golf carts in the 50's.  Sold to the elite golf courses.  These golf carts were built like automobiles.  They were equipped with windshield, radio, comfortable seating, cigarette pack holders, standard shift clutch or automatic, hydrolic brakes, 2 cyclinder. It also has a steering wheel, a spare tire and electric start.  The Cushman motor is located in front under car style hood.  This golf cart is very art deco.  In excellent working condition.  With a cosmetic restoration, this thing would be a beauty.  Worth in the thousands.  Vintage Cushman golf carts or scooters are very collectable.  This one's a good one.  Don't let it get away.  There is no title for this, it's a golf cart. Local pick up only.  Email with any further questions.
