This is a heavy duty industrial cart.  The full steel cab enclosures are in great demand and sell for over $3000 new..!  This cab is in good condition.  This particular cab had a lot of surface rust on the rear and the roof.  It was sanded and painted.  It can't be seen in the pictures, but the areas sanded & repainted are a little rough. Overall the cab is in good condition for an all steel cab.

This is a used cart and does have the normal signs of wear.
